A symbolic number because having 25 years of experience in one\u2019s field really makes a difference!<\/p>\n<p>In 1995, Fran\u00e7ois launched his career in real estate and quickly ranked among the 5 most successful brokers at the largest real estate banner in Quebec. He then continued his career by becoming one of the pioneers who helped to shape the modern-day real estate team. In 2008, Fran\u00e7ois had the idea to create his own agency, REALTA \u2013 a 100% Quebec agency based on the strong values of integrity and rigour. What has been Fran\u00e7ois\u2019 driving motivation since day 1? Putting the client\u2019s interests at the heart of every real estate transaction. This unwavering search for excellence enabled Fran\u00e7ois to build not simply a rewarding professional career, but to become a leading expert in Montreal\u2019s real estate market as well.<\/p>\n<p>Fran\u00e7ois has never strayed from this proven approach and continues to work closely with the brokers on his team \u2013 all of whom share his vision: Listen to clients, offer them outstanding service, and above all, give them adequate answers.
