Jean-François Gingras
Jean-François is a passionate broker and team leader whose strength lies in his ability to combine creativity and reflection. His consuming curiosity leads him to explore every facet of the real estate market, but it’s his ability to understand his customers’ life choices that makes all the difference. He takes this responsibility very seriously, and this is reflected in his professional approach.
Building on his experience, he decided in 2019 to set up his own team within another banner. Three years later, the call of the turquoise, the spirit of mutual aid, the meticulous image and his rigor, lead him straight back to the doors of the agency.
Trained at the REALTA school with Team François Bissonnette in 2016, Jean-François followed an atypical path before plunging into real estate. At the age of 20, he was already thinking about real estate, but took a detour into environmental studies at university and completed his master’s degree in 2009. “I was an idealist, motivated by a real concern for the future of our planet. His internships coincided with the early days of sustainable building. He became a specialist in the field, and soon green residential construction held no secrets for him.
And yet, he became a film stagehand, rubbing shoulders with the Denys Arcands of this world. Eighty-hour work weeks where everyone exists for and through the team! This experience rekindled his youthful ambition.
Outside of work, motorcycling is also one of his great passions, but perhaps the most important is field hockey. He is a great admirer of the Montreal Canadiens.
